Sriracha Salmon
Sriracha Salmon
Servings: 4
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Spray with cooking spray and lay salmon on top. Season with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, sriracha, honey, garlic, ginger, and juice of 1 lime. Whisk until combined. Alternatively, if you have time place in small food processor or blender and pulse a few times.
Pour sauce over the salmon. Use a brush to make sure the sauce covers all of the salmon. Place halved lime cut side down on the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Switch to broil and continue to cook for 4-5 until edges of salmon begin to curl up and become charred.
Remove from oven, squeeze roasted lime juice on top and garnish with chopped cilantro.
