Directions
1. Prepare grill or broiler. Coat both sides of fish with cooking spray. Sprinkle fish with cumin, salt, and red pepper. Place fish on grill rack or broiler pan coated with cooking spray; cook 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
2. Combine cilantro, olives, salsa, beans, and tomatoes.
3. Serve fish with salsa mixture and lime wedge

¼-½ Cup fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
¼ Cup pitted green olives
¼ Cup salsa
1 16 oz can pinto beans, drained
1½ Cups cherry tomatoes, halved
4 Lime wedges
