Weeknight Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees

2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano and parmesan.  

3. Season with salt and pepper.  Shape into 1" ball (size of golf ball).

4. Place meatballs on sheet pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.  Bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked. 

5. While the meatballs are cooking, heat marinara on stove.  

6. Add meatballs when cooked.  Simmer together for 5-10 minutes. 

7. Serve over spaghetti & enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

1½ pounds, skinless ground turkey breast

½ cup dried Italian bread crumbs

¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

1 egg

½ teaspoon dried oregano

2-3 cloves garlic, minced

Kosher salt and pepper

24 oz Marinara Sauce, such as Rao's Homemade Sauce

1 pound spaghetti or linguini
